About Angkratio

Angkratio is a free suite of calculators for workers, freelancers, contractors, and employees who want a clearer picture of what their time and pay actually add up to.

Why we built this

Most pay calculators stop at a single division: salary divided by hours. That number is useful, but it hides a lot — the commute you don't get paid for, the unpaid lunch break, the gear you buy out of pocket. Angkratio's flagship Effective Hourly Rate Calculator was built to answer a more honest question: what is an hour of your life actually worth, once everything is counted?

What Angkratio is not

Angkratio does not calculate taxes, does not provide financial or legal advice, and does not know your specific employment contract or local labor law. Every calculator here works with the numbers you give it and shows its formulas plainly — what you see is exactly what was calculated, nothing more.

How it works

Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. Angkratio doesn't have a backend, doesn't store your inputs, and doesn't require an account. Close the tab and your numbers are gone.

What's next

Angkratio is intentionally small right now: five focused calculators, done well. As people use them, we'll expand into related tools — freelance and billable rate calculators, salary planning, and shift-scheduling utilities — based on what turns out to actually be useful.
